Email us at hello@lineandloom.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Can I exchange an item?

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us and we'll hold the replacement while your return ships back.

Orders

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, but if yours hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Email us as soon as possible at hello@lineandloom.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Product Care

How should I care for linen clothing?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Linen softens beautifully with each wash — ironing is optional and entirely a matter of preference.

How do I care for wood and metal furniture?

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. For outdoor pieces, bring cushions inside during heavy weather. Wood develops a natural patina over time — that's by design.
